3 tips to effectively Work from Home: Day Five

Re-organise your work space if needed to ensure efficiencies and no delays in looking for things. 

A great tool to use is the 5 S Principle from Japan. Learn all about it on Wikipedia and you can also use it in every part of your home. 


Adjust your timetable to fit when you are most productive- some are morning people, so get up earlier and finish earlier. Some are evening people- just be careful not to eat into your quality sleep time

 You know you have had quality sleep when you wake up completely refreshed every morning. If this is not the case you need to change your routine/habits inorder to enhance your sleep. 

Without quality sleep (which includes quantity of sleep):
1.       You age faster
2.       Your body does not restore itself properly
3.       Your memory is affected
4.       Your productivity and accuracy is affected
5.       You become less resilient in facing stress and illness
6.       Your mood is altered affecting your emotions and behaviour
7.       Over all you are not the best version of yourself

Finally reflect on this past week and set the intention and routine for next week with enhancements where necessary.
