Repeat steps of day one with any adjustments.

Watch out for distractions- there will be many that are self-imposed= getting a snack, “finding” other things to do, tidying up, “researching” the internet or social media- these will all suck the time and life from you.
Telling yourself you will be efficient is not enough- this only engages your pre-frontal cortex part of your brain. In fact none of these working from home tips will work for you if you do not follow through with action! To actually create a habit and discipline you need to engage your basal ganglia.
How?
1.
Reward
yourself for sticking to the routine/deadlines and getting things done.
2. Get a kick from making a deal with yourself and stick to the deal.
3.
Surround
yourself with cues/triggers. Using a timer is one way, sticking
inspirational quotes on your mirror, pictures of your goals, listening to music
that motivates you etc...and then repeat, repeat, repeat
4.
Remove all
cues that distract you. Physical objects, New messages alert tones,
pop-ups, your pet etc repeat repeat
repeat
5.
Engage
someone to keep you on track:
Flate mate, Partner, Effectiveness Coach
6.
Self-
reflection and change what isn’t working for you
7. Build yourself up for success! Don’t just think about it, Act on it.
