(Fear of Missing Out)- This usually causes us to constantly check our
social media, and to consume everybit of content.
Unless your work requires it otherwise : check your social media feed only once in a day

Be greedy with your
time: ask yourself how much of your social media consumption is actually
improving your life, helping you achieve what you desire most in life. Cut
out the dead wood- be ruthless here.

At the end of the day do something wholesome to
switch off from work.
According to the Sleep
Foundation, adults need an average of 7-9
hours of sleep per night. Include this factor in your daily routine.
