I love plants and searched high and low for a large plant nursery in Kuala Lumpur. I am pleased to say that I found several on the Sungai Buloh road off the Highway to Shah Alam. There are a row of nurseries here selling plants, pots, garden tools etc The road is not far from the Subang airport and Tropicana Medical Centre. If you are looking for other nurseries and garden centres nearer your area please consult Stephanie of http://mygreenfinder.blogspot.com/.
Stephanie has tons and tons of information and is available via email for any questions you may have.
2017: I have been receiving many comments asking for specific plants and where to buy them. Also some people are looking just for seeds. If you have anything you are specifically looking for like Lavender Plants, Peace Lillys, Roses, Palms etc please ask Stephanie, she really knows where to find most things.

Thanks Stephanie for adding my link to your site and for advising my friend the other day on Sungai Buloh. Thanks too for the tips. Happy Blogging!

Hi Stephanie. What a great idea!! Needing your advice on all nurseries in KL. Working on a 25' by 25' set and need "north american looking plants". Any suggestions of who is the easiest to work with and has an availability on line or can send via email would be most helpful. Thanks in advance for your help! feel free to email me as well..tara@jamiedurie.com
