Build in more time pressures into your schedule if you need to. The less time you have to do things the more productive you will be.
Follow the OHIO
principle :ONLY HANDLE IT ONCE. This
is especially critical when working through paperwork/emails/memos etc. View it
and act on it right away and then
file/discard etc. Do not park it for a later time. ( Only exception to this
rule is if you are tired or emotional-
then sleep on the task and tackle it the next day.)
Use background music
if it motivates you and gives you a rhythym
to work to .Remove all music if
it distracts you or slows you down.
